A Music fest in Corciano by 18th of July to 21st of July
This year’s edition of the Musica per i Borghi festival will run from July 18th to 21st, bringing free concerts by prominent artists to a number of small Umbrian hill towns.
Programme
July 18 – Marsciano. Taverne aperte for dinner and live concert by the Filarmonical Città di Marsciano
July 19 – Marsciano. Taverne aperte and live performance by the P-Funking Band
July 20 – Papiano. Remembering Lucio Dalla with Ricky Portera, Pierdavide Carone and the Custodie Cutelari.
July 21 – Marsciano. Closing concert with Pino Daniele and his band, with the Fanfarona Brass Band opening.
All performances begin at 9.30pm.
The festival has now reached its eighth year and continues in its philosophy of offering an ethnic-popular musical alternative to the larger and more established festivals in the region such as Umbria Jazz and the Spoleto Festival.
